Fox News ratings climb as CNN, MSNBC continue to plummet

Our take: CNN stands for Cable News Network. It was founded by Ted Turner in the 1980s. It was started as a network to bring the news to the world. They did real investigative reporting, stayed as neutral as possible, and built a trusted news brand.

Somewhere along the way, CNN lost its way. It became a partisan network that presented opinions as facts, gaslit the world about important things like riots (mostly peaceful protests ring a bell) and put ratings and clicks above integrity.

CNN is now paying the price for its decisions. Despite remaking their show lineups, ratings for both CNN and MSNBC continue to plummet, while Fox News continues to rise.

So far this month, MSNBC dropped 41 percent in the primetime demographic and 34 percent in the total day demo compared to May 2024, MediaIte reported.

CNN is also lagging far behind Fox News, but all of its shows, with the exception of Abby Phillip’s at 10pm, have been beating MSNBC in the key demo.

It turns out that people get tired of you spitting in their face and telling them it’s raining. Good riddance to all these virtue-signaling buffoons when they eventually get shown the door.

Common sense prevails, grading for “equity” plan scrapped by San Francisco school

Our take: You must read this article to believe it. A San Francisco area school proposed a grading system where students could take the final exam multiple times, and the results would be counted towards their grade for the semester. Homework, weekly tests, and absences would not count towards the grades.

Also, the letter grade system would be altered so that scores as low as 80 percent would receive an A, and students could pass with a D with scores as low as 21.

Yeah—nope. The community spoke up and said, “What the fuck? ” Outrage poured in, accompanied by criticism about the plan.

Our favorite comment came from US Representative Kevin Kiley, who said on X, “San Francisco has come up with a brilliant solution for its failing schools. Students simply won’t be failed.”

It seemed like this was a fake article written by the Babylon Bee, but it was not. Unreal.

Fox News presses FBI Director Kash Patel to follow through on transparency promises

Our take: Kash Patel is currently the Director of the FBI. Before he was appointed, he was a supporter of many unproven theories about law enforcement and how they conspired to perform nefarious acts that were clearly illegal.

When he was appointed, Mr. Patel vowed to be transparent and release information on any number of subjects. The Kennedy assassination, the death of Jeffrey Epstein, and the attempted pipe bombing of the Capitol on January 6th being an inside job are among them.

To date, Mr. Patel has underachieved on his promises of transparency. Fox News host Brett Baier pressed him on the status of the release of much of this information when Mr. Patel appeared on his show.

Mr. Patel assured the host that answers and transparency would happen, but it was taking time for investigations to run their course, and the release of information was predicated on not endangering the prosecution of criminals.

Mr. Patel “promised” answers would be forthcoming when Baier pressed him. We hope the media will continue to follow up and hold Mr. Patel and his organization accountable for following through on their promises.
