Our take:  A New Jersey woman had her lawsuit dismissed after she tried to sue a theme park for not preventing kids behind her in line from calling her Karen when she argued with staff about her children being too short to go on the go-kart ride. An appeals court upheld the dismissal.

Our take: Our only comment here is if you think it’s such an imposition to do something nice for your spouse for no other reason than doing something nice for your spouse, we feel sorry for both people involved in this unhappy relationship. If you think acts of kindness for your spouse are impositions on you, you probably should be single.
