A man hits a woman with a car in a dispute over a parking space
Our take: A man pulled into a restaurant to park. A woman was standing in a spot waiting for her husband to pull up their car so she could load up items from inside the restaurant.
The man trying to park decided he would pull into the spot despite the woman’s presence and hit her with the car. Guess where this happened? We will give you a hint – it rhymes with Jorida.

In a case that will 100% be overturned on appeal, judges rule that a school can ban “Let’s Go Brandon” t-shirts
Our take: In 2021, fans at a NASCAR race were recorded chanting “Fuck Joe Biden.” The reporter made one of the worst excuses ever, claiming the crowd was chanting “Let’s Go Brandon.” The phrase took off and was used to sell clothing items of all sorts.
2 middle school-aged brothers in Michigan received Let’s Go Brandon t-shirts for Christmas. When they wore them to school, the school made them take the t-shirts off. Their mother filed a lawsuit, claiming her sons' First Amendment rights were violated. The 6th Circuit Court of Appeals disagreed.
The moral of the story here is that judges and courts are not always right. This case will be appealed, and the 6th Circuit Court will correctly be overruled. When that happens, we will put that article in the newsletter.
