McCaskill is “bitter” there was “no accountability” for Trump
Our take: Claire McCaskill is a former Senator from Missouri. She lost her reelection bid to Josh Hawley in 2018. At that time, she blamed the Democratic party for “losing touch with rural voters”.
Fast forward to 2025, and McCaskill does not seem to have learned many lessons. Instead of focusing on what she has control over, and looking inward to determine what she and her party could have done differently after a bruising election loss, McCaskill took to the airwaves to whine about Trump “not having to pay a bigger price for what happened on January 6th, 2020”.
In some ways we view this as good news. We think big government is the worst and most corrupt organization in the world, which is generally what Democrats push. They seem to have learned almost nothing about why they lost this election so badly, which likely means they will continue to do the things that caused the loss, that will likely lead to them losing more elections in the future.
Thai said, we don’t look forward to listening to them whine and paint themselves as victims to try and get people to join their pity party instead of taking control of their lives. Maybe we will catch a break and they will all move to Canada like they promised they would if Trump won the election.

Senate Majority Leader continues lies about Biden’s cognitive ability
Our take: Chuck Schumer, the senior senator from New York, as well as the Senate Minority Leader, continued to lie to the American people. In an interview with NBC’s Kristin Welker, he was asked how he responded to criticism that he and other Democrat leaders misled the country about Joe Biden’s mental cognition for years. He responded, saying “We didn’t. Let’s look at President Biden. He’s had an amazing record . . . He’s a great guy, and when he stepped down he did it on his own because he thought it was better, not only for the Democratic Party, for America.”
That’s not an answer Chuck. No one asked if he was a great guy or not. No one asked why he stepped down. No one asked for your opinion on his record. We asked how long you knew the sitting US President could not conduct a full day of business, could not finish sentences regularly when he spoke, could not remember which way he was supposed to walk when he entered or exited an event. I guess we should just take Chuck at his word. Count me out on that one - I want some answers.
While this is certainly not the first time a Commander in Chief has been incapable of doing the job and having a proxy pull the strings on their behalf (Woodrow Wilson and Ronald Reagan come to mind), the situation with Biden was obvious and took place across several years. Dozens if not hundreds of people, including Schumer, took part in the cover up so they could push through their agenda without having to convince an actual President to sign off on their plans. We hope there is further investigation into this by either Congress or the FBI. People need to be held accountable for their direct subversion of our government, and for lying to the American people for years.

Sunny Hostin compares January 6th riots to WWII, The Holocaust, and slavery.
Our take: Nothing Sunny Hostin says can surprise us anymore. We keep calling it out because we think she is a dangerous person. She is dangerous because she is smart. She is dangerous because she is willing to lie to others to push her own agenda. And she is dangerous because she is on television 5 days a week spouting her rhetoric largely unchecked.
In a recent episode of The View, Hostin again tried to stir up outrage about the January 6th riots. While these events have been debated and investigated to the nth degree, Hostin says we cannot move on.
'I say no, you don't move on because January 6 was an atrocity; it was one of the worst moments in American history,' Hostin said.
'And when you think about the worst moments in American history—like World War II, things that happened, like the Holocaust, chattel slavery—we need to never forget because the past becomes prologue if you forget and erase.'
Yikes. Talk about a false equivalency. Just to recap, millions of people died in WWII, including over 400,000 Americans. Over 6 million Jews were murdered during the Holocaust. Millions of people were enslaved during the Transatlantic slave trade. Ashli Babbitt (who was unarmed) was shot and killed by Capitol Police on January 6th. The whole event lasted less than 6 hours. They don’t belong in the same conversation by any metric.
We find Hostin particularly despicable because she knows better. She is very intelligent, yet she looks to stir things up because it makes her money. Hopefully ABC will recognize they are contributing to the division in our country by keeping this show on the air. We don’t watch the show, but we see enough clips to know it doesn’t belong on the air anymore.

TIP OF THE DAY
As a leader, when dealing with a large group of people, think about it as 3 different groups. The top 10% of the people in the group will always do the right thing no matter what you do because that’s how they are. The bottom 10% of the people will never do the right thing because that’s how they are. And the middle 80% will be influenced by you and the others around them. The middle group is where you want to spend your time and energy, as they will make or break your organization.
QUOTE OF THE DAY
"Everyone is in favor of free speech. Hardly a day passes without its being extolled, but some people's idea of it is that they are free to say what they like, but if anyone says anything back, that is an outrage." ― Winston Churchill
